Black Friday Sale 2025 Return PolicyUpdated 16 days ago

All prices during the Black Friday Sale are as marked; no discount code is required.

Due to the nature of the event and significant discounts, all sales on discounted items during the sale are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items; however, same-style size exchanges may be permitted subject to stock availability.

Please Note:

  • Some styles featured in the sale will not be restocked once sold out.
  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed due to the high volume of orders.
  • Please ensure all order details — including product selection, size, and shipping information — are correct before purchasing.
  • We cannot accept in-person returns. All returns and exchanges must be processed through our online form here or via email at [email protected].
  • Earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. No exceptions will be made.
  • All returned items must be: In original, unworn, and resellable condition. With all original packaging and inclusions (pouch, box, tags, etc.). Returned within the approved return timeframe.

Gifting Policy (Christmas 2025 Extension)

We understand many customers purchase during our Black Friday event for Christmas gifting.
To make gifting easier, we are happy to offer an extended return window for eligible exchanges:

  • Orders placed during the Black Friday Sale (18 Nov – 2 Dec 2025) can request an exchange until 31 December 2025.
  • To qualify, you must contact us before 31 December 2025 to initiate your exchange request.
  • The same Black Friday return rules still apply:
  • No refunds or store credits will be issued for sale items.
  • Exchanges are same-style, different-size only and depend on stock availability.
  • All return conditions above must be met (unworn, original packaging, etc.).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we will repair or replace it under our 90-day warranty policy. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
