My order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.Updated 12 days ago

If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please try the following:

  1. Check for a safe drop location or with others - The courier may have left your parcel in a secure spot (letterbox, doorstep, or garage), or someone such as a family member, neighbour, or building manager may have accepted it on your behalf.
  2. Verify your shipping address – Double-check your order confirmation email to ensure it was shipped to the correct location.

Delivery Method Information:
Please note that if your shipping option is a non-signature service (NZ Express No Signature Required & AU Standard Shipping), couriers may leave parcels unattended if they deem the area safe. If you prefer a signature-required delivery method, we recommend selecting this at checkout. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Bare Jewellery is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered. This includes missing, lost, or stolen parcels.
To help prevent loss or theft, please:

  • Ship to a secure and designated address (avoid public locations like hotels).
  • Consider opting for signature-required delivery for added security.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address, Bare Jewellery is not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please note that Bare Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.


Please note: During peak sale periods, response times may extend to 2–5 working days.
